FAQ

Questions, answered.

What can start a playbook?

Three trigger types: manual enrollment, a schedule, or an account entering a segment.

Which steps can a playbook include?

Create task, wait a number of days, wait until a condition, if/else conditions, go to step, set attribute, send email and exit playbook.

Can a playbook stop on its own?

Yes. Turn on an exit trigger and every in-progress enrollment ends as soon as its condition is met.

How do onboarding templates move accounts?

When a company enters an onboarding stage, the template's tasks are assigned automatically. Once all required tasks are complete, the company moves to the next stage.
