An AI teammate that knows every account.
Nook AI reads the notes, emails, meetings, chats and product events tied to each customer, then tells your team what's happening, what's at risk and what to do next. Today it writes account briefings. Next, it will answer any question about your book of business and act on it with your approval.

Every capability below works from the data already connected to your CSNook workspace.
AI account summaries
One click turns months of activity into a briefing: account outline, sentiment, churn risk and follow-ups.
Custom summary templates
Write your own prompts for QBRs, renewals, escalations or exec reviews, and reuse them across every account.
Sentiment tracking
See how each account feels about you right now, based on what they actually said in calls, emails and chats.
Churn risk, explained
Get the reasons behind the risk: concerns raised, stakeholder changes, falling usage, negative interactions.
Conversation capture
Gmail, Fireflies, WhatsApp and Slack conversations sync to the right company, ready for AI to read.
Grounded in your data
Summaries come from the account's own notes, meetings and events, so CSMs can trace every point back to its source.
From scattered signals to a clear next step.
Every source, one briefing.
Before a QBR or renewal call, a CSM can spend an hour reading notes, threads and transcripts. Nook AI does that reading for them and lays out what matters in a format your team chooses.
- Pulls from notes, emails, meetings, tickets and usage
- Runs on the CSNook default template or your own
- Keeps a history of every summary generated per account
Risk you can explain to your VP.
A red health score tells you something is wrong. Nook AI tells you why, so your team can fix the cause and walk into the save conversation prepared.
- Flags concerns voiced by the account
- Spots stakeholder and business changes
- Connects usage drops to what customers are saying

Agent mode lets anyone on your team ask questions in plain language across every account. The agent explains what it found and offers the next step: create tasks, enroll a playbook or draft the email.
- Questions across accounts, stages and segments
- Answers that show the accounts behind them
- Actions only run after you approve them
3 accounts need attention before renewal.
From dashboard to teammate.

Ask Nook anything about your book of business in plain language and get answers grounded in your accounts.
AI that acts
The Nook Agent creates tasks, enrolls playbooks and drafts outreach with your approval, then reports back.
Questions, answered.
What data does Nook AI use?
Nook AI works from the information connected to your CSNook workspace: company fields, notes, tasks, meetings, emails, chats, tickets and product events synced through your integrations.
Can we change what a summary includes?
Yes. Start with the CSNook Default template or create your own. Each template is a set of instructions, so you can ask for anything from a two-line exec brief to a full QBR prep.
How is our customer data handled?
Nook AI only works with data inside your CSNook workspace. Our team will walk you through data handling, storage and security in detail during your demo.
When will Agent mode be available?
Agent mode is in development. Request a demo and ask about early access to see it as soon as it's ready.
Does Nook AI replace CSMs?
No. It removes the research and admin so CSMs spend their time on the conversations and decisions only people can handle.
