Connecting Gmail, Fireflies and chat tools
Bring emails, meetings and chats onto company profiles.
Conversation integrations put customer communication on the right company, where your team and Nook AI can use it.
- Google: connect Gmail to sync emails and calendar events. Emails appear on the Gmail tab and meetings on Meetings
- Fireflies: meeting transcripts appear on the Meetings tab
- WhatsApp and Periskope: group chats appear on the Conversations tab, mapped to the right company
- Jira: tickets appear on the Tickets tab
For each one, open Integrations, select Configure on its card and follow the sign-in steps.
