Playbook steps reference
Every step you can add to a playbook.
| Step | What it does |
|---|---|
| Create task | Creates a task and assigns it |
| Wait (days) | Pauses for a set number of days |
| Wait until condition | Pauses until a condition is true |
| Condition (if / else) | Splits the flow into two branches |
| Go to step | Jumps to another step |
| Exit playbook | Ends the playbook for this company |
| Set attribute | Updates a field on the company |
| Send email | Sends an email |
Tip
Use Condition (if / else) with health score to send healthy accounts one message and at-risk accounts a task for their CSM.
