Company timelines
See every change made to a company, by whom and when.
The Timelines tab on a company profile is an audit log. Each entry shows the field that changed, the new value, the previous value and who made the change.
Changes made by automations, such as playbooks or scheduled jobs, appear alongside changes made by people, so you always know why a value changed.
Tip
Check the timeline before a handover. It's the fastest way for a new CSM to see recent history.
