Setting up lifecycles

A lifecycle tracks a phase of the customer journey, such as onboarding, from a start condition to an end condition.

1. Open Life Cycle.
2. Select Add life cycle.
3. Enter a Name and Description.
4. Under Life cycle start conditions, choose a condition type, the attribute, an operator and a value.
5. Under Life cycle end conditions, do the same for the end of the phase.
6. Select Add.

The Life Cycle list shows each lifecycle's name, description and minimum days.
