Creating health score signals

Choose the signals that make up each company's health score.

Updated October 2026 · 1 min read

A health score is built from signals. Each signal reads one piece of data and has an impact level. CSNook combines every signal into a global health score for each company.

  1. Open Health Scores.
  2. Select Add Score.
  3. Enter a Signal Name and an optional Description.
  4. Choose an Impact: Low, Medium or High.
  5. Choose a Source: Client Attribute (a company field such as MRR) or Event (a product event).
  6. Set the scoring rule and, if needed, a timeframe for the signal to look back over.
  7. Select Add.

Reading the list

The Health Scores list shows each signal's name, description, type, impact, attribute and timeframe.

Tip

Start with three to five signals. Usage, revenue and engagement signals usually tell you the most.
