How the global health score works
How signals roll up into one score per company.
Every company has a Global Health Score, shown at the top of its details panel and on its Health Score tab.
The score combines all the active signals in the product. Signals with a higher impact count for more. The Health Score tab lists each signal with its own score and impact, so you can see what's pulling the total up or down.
When a company's score reaches the edge of your healthy range, CSNook can alert the company's CSM and the admin. See Notification settings.
The overview dashboard shows the average health across all companies over the last 12 months.
