Notification settings
Choose which events notify whom, and on which channel.
Go to Settings > Notifications. For each event, choose the channels and use the toggle to turn it on, then select Save.

| Company whose health score is on the edge | The company's CSM and the admin |
| Playbook cycle end | Admin |
| New Task | The assignee, or the whole team for team tasks |
| Weekly Summary to individual CSMs | Each CSM |
| Account gets assigned to you | The CSM it's assigned to |
Channels include Email and Slack. Slack needs the Slack integration. See Slack notifications.
